Delivery Information
Order placed before 12pm will be dispatched on the same day. Any orders placed after 12pm will usually be dispatched the next working day.
Orders placed between Friday evening and on Saturday and Sunday are being packed during the weekend, however collected by Royal Mail on Monday (or the next working day). Orders placed on the bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
We will supply free samples with every order. All Parcels are delivered through the Royal Mail Tracked service.

Returns and Refund
If you've changed your mind or are unhappy with your purchase, just send us an email at hello@glamtouch.co.uk with your order number. Please return it in its original packaging with proof of purchase within 14 days and we'll exchange or refund it, excluding delivery costs. Refunds will be paid to the original payment method.
Free Gift with purchase must also be sent back to us in order to process your return. We apologize for any disappointment this causes.
If you return a product that was purchased with Glam Touch Gift Card, we cannot offer a cash refund, but issue a new gift card with same credit.
Unless faulty, cosmetics products which have been opened cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Policy on wrong addresses and returned parcels
If a wrong or incomplete delivery address is entered during the order process, we are not responsible for the lost parcels. If the parcel is returned back to us, you will be responsible for the additional shipping charges for the redelivery. If you want a refund for this returned order, a shipping charge will be deducted.
